K-Line Construction Ltd. is incorporated.
1989
Eagle Engineering & Consulting Ltd. is incorporated. Telecom engineering begins 1999-2000.
2002
Aernet Wireless Inc. is incorporated (sold September 2008).
2004
Antrim Developments Ltd. is incorporated.
2005
Best Western Woodstock opens (sold February 2025).
2008
F6 Networks Inc. is incorporated (sold August 2020).
2008
Hatchard Engineering Ltd. is incorporated.
2009
Best Western Liverpool opens (sold August 2021).
2012
Goguen Architecture Inc. is acquired.
2015
Kirk Green Plumbing Inc. is incorporated.
2015
Hampton Inn Fredericton opens (sold June 2022).
2016
KJ Management Inc. is incorporated.
2021
Realtime Traffic Control Inc. is renamed (previously Realtime HR Solutions Inc.) and begins providing traffic control services
2022
DC Electrical is acquired.
